RETREAT is located in a quiet wooded setting on South Bass Island at Put-in-Bay's
Island Club. |
NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN HOUSES.
| The two homes are air conditioned and EACH has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a television, and fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a large furnished deck with a gas grill. | Both Units have 1 queen, 1 full, and 1 set of twin beds. Unit 84 has 2 single daybeds. |
| SHEETS, PILLOW CASES, TOWELS, and SOAP are NOT PROVIDED |
| For your convenience there is an Island grocery to purchase food, beverages and other essentials. | We suggest you take a taxi from either ferry or the airport to the Put-in-Bay Island Club. |

| RESERVATIONS | DEPOSIT |
| There is a 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3 night minimum on holiday and special weekends. | A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a reservation. Deposit must be made within 7 days of placing the reservation. Final payment is due 45 days in advance of the reservation date. |
| CANCELLATION | PAYMENT |
| Cancellation 45 days or less before reservation will forfeit your security deposit in full. Cancellation within less than 30 days notice will forfeit total rent amount. We reserve the right to cancel and return the deposit at any time within 30 days of arrival. | All reservations are to be paid 45 days in advance. All reservations will be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited if not paid on time. |
