• Captains make all decisions for your safety.
• Bad weather days will be rescheduled and your deposit will be applied on a future trip.
• Cancellation notices received 30 days prior to you reserved date will be applied only
  to your next booking - deposit must be used within a year from the date of your original charter or it will be forfeited!
• If a charter is cut short due to sea sickness and any of the remaining charter party wants to return to fishing and additional $35.00 fee to cover gas will be charged.
